Elizabeth and her sister,  Esther were brought to the Encouragement Children's Home in January 2021.  They were brought to us by their mentally challenged parents were presented with the children by the Foster Parents who could no longer provide care for them after three years.  The parents and these girls were living in deplorable conditions and their basic need were totally neglected.  The family ate only by going to funeral after funeral for free food.  They slept on filthy rags.  Their father died in 2021 and their mother is now homeless and unable to care for the girls.
