Esther and her sister Elizabeth were brought to the Encouragement Children's Home in January 2021.  These children were in well-wishers care for three years.  When the well wisher could no longer provide for them, they were taken back to mentally challenged parents.  They were living in deplorable conditions and their basic needs were totally neglected.  Their parents ate only by going to funeral after funeral for free food.   They had no cooking facilities and slept on filthy rags.  Their father died in 2021 and their mother is now homeless and unable to care for the girls.
