Trevor was found running with a minimal amount of clothing and no shoes on the road. The police picked him up and after investigation it was found that his father had tied him to the bed and was severely abusing him for days. He had escaped from his home and was looking for a safe place to go. The children's department brought him to us and now Trevor is thriving and healthy.
